The logistics administrative services multinational acquired the subsidiary of the IT services transnational, AEG Costa Rica.

With the purchase of AEG Costa Rica—a subsidiary of the Application Engineering Group Inc. (AEG), the company will become a part of the worldwide network of nVision Global centers of operations, client services, and transportation technology development.

The CEO and founder of nVision Global, Luther M. Brown, said: "The addition of AEG Costa Rica will support nVision Global in its continued expansion and strategy of providing current and future clients global capacity in processing and support, which is necessary in order to offer a unique solution that is truly global."

Offering solutions throughout the supply chain and in all areas of business, nVision Global is a global company in auditing and bill payment services for all transportation modalities as well as in logistics administration services.

Costa Rica: Call Centers Open 600 Positions

The companies Stream, AEGIS, Amadeus, the ICT Group, and ACE are looking for 600 people with high levels of English and immediate availability.

The call center Stream, which has the most vacancies, will hire 350 people. AEGIS seeks 20 new team members for the service area of customer service.

NCO Group Opens New Call Center in Guatemala

The multinational's recently inaugurated Call Center required a $20 million investment.

NCO Group is an international supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with over 100 call centers around the world. On Tuesday, it inaugurated its new call center in Guatemala City, where it plans to employ 1.000 people.
