Panasonic Central America get service quality certification
INTECO certified the company's service quality management for Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador, in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standards.

Quality in the production process as well as in customer service for Panasonic Central America were at the highest level and obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification for its operations in Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.
The implementation of a quality system should begin with a review of company operations for comparison with the model suggested by ISO 9001:2000.
Technical regulations on the "General Principles of Good Food Manufacturing Practices" have been updated.
