The Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, has begun the conferences at the fifth Panamanian ‘Expo Logistics’ trade fair.
The Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (CCIAP) in conjunction with the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT), are conducting the fifth version EXPO Panama.
The logistics industry fair will feature 180 companies, 30 more than in the previous edition.
The lecture event will include the participation of Porfirio Lobo Sosa, President of Honduras, and Jorge Luis Quijano, administrator of the Panama Canal Authority.
Irvirng Halman, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Panama, the entity that is organizing the activity, told Prensa.com that "the consolidation of Panama as a logistics center is based on the effectiveness of maritime, air and land routes centered around the Canal, which together with the banking center, interact as a multimodal platform of the Americas. "
Multimodal transport and logistics are among the topics that will be addressed in the international trade fair taking place on October 22nd - 24th in Panama City.
