The Panama Canal Authority will hold meetings with interested companies today and tomorrow, in order to coordinate tender terms.
Proposals for the fourth dry excavation contract, the second most important after the construction of the locks, will be received September 15th and will be opened on October 30th.

"This phase will conclude construction of the new 6.1 kilometer route, enabling navigation between the northern end of the future postpanamax locks and the existing route in the Gaillard Cut, just south of the Centennial Bridge", reported Prensa.com.
