The auctions will be conducted by the Unit of Reverted Property (UABR) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
In January, the UABR will auction two low-density residential lots, located in the community of Margarita, in the Atlantic region, for an amount close to $ 122.342.
In February they will conduct eight auctions, with values is in the order of $ 11.6 million. The auctioned houses and lots are located in Espinar, Davis, Margarita, La Boca, Albrook and Valle de San Francisco (on the road by the Centennial Bridge) where three mixed-use commercial high-density urban lots are located .
In March 2011, the assets auctioned will be six residential low density lots for an initial bid of $ 845.399.
Among the goods auctioned will be a 6,256.67 square meter square building with an estimated value of $ 1.2 million.
On February 15 will take place a public auction for a building in Espinar, Colon Province, for the amount of $ 1,457,130.
The auctioned property is of mixed commercial and residential use, with a total area of 6,256.67 square meters.
Also in February the Administrative Unit of Reverted Land of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (UABR) will auction two lots in Colon: one located in Davis for a starting bid value of $ 106.747 and another in Margarita for $ 74.995.-
The Reverted Property Unit will be auctioning lots in August for residential or commercial development in Gamboa, Margarita, Davis and Espinar, in the Atlantic sector and in Farfan and Ancon on the Pacific.

The Administrative Unit of Reverted Properties in the next few months will continue with the sale by auction of properties with great potential for investment.
The land in Clayton CL-22, with an area of 4,715.88 m2, has an estimated value of B / 825,279.00, and is zoned as low-density residential and medium intensity and will be awarded to the highest bidder.
The Unidad de Bienes Revertidos de Panamá (Department of Reverted Properties, Panama) has announces the upcoming auction of plots in Albrook, classified as Low Density and Low Intensity Residential zones.
These areas are excellent for homes with large open spaces.
The plot ALB-14 is 4,is 165 meters square, with a value estimated at $3,838,863, while plot ALB-13 is 8,762 meters square and its value is estimated at $1,294,561.
