Nicaragua to Foster E-Commerce
Three bills boosting e-commerce are waiting to be approved at Congress in the short term.

They are the Law for Personal Data Protection, Electronic Signature Law, and the E-Commerce Law.
An Electronic Commerce Law project, recently introduced to Congress, aims to guarantee Internet transactions.
Congress has approved on its second reading, the 28 articles of the draft decree creating the Electronic Commerce Act, which seeks to facilitate the creation of online trading.
The change in the way that consumers relate to companies that provide services and products is deepening.
The National Bank of Costa Rica has announced an agreement with PayPal so that their corporate clients can receive payments in their accounts from online sales.
