President Manuel Zelaya announced that Honduras will join the Alianza Bolivariana de las Américas (ALBA), lead by Venezuela and Cuba.
"The government's political decision, aiming to solve the historical problems of the country, is to join Alba as a full member", stated Zelaya.

Grupo ICE joins the Chamber of Information and Communication Technologies Costa Rica (CAMTIC)

Grupo ICE, composed of the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) and its subsidiaries Radiográfica Costarricense (RACSA) and Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL), joined the Chamber of Information and Communication Technologies of Costa Rica (CAMTIC) as a strategic partner since June 2009.
