The draft for the Electronic Signature and Communications Law, which must be approved by the Assembly, is required for regulationg electronic operations.
Carmen Molina, in her article in elsalvador.com, writes: "Given that the Law must be approved by the Legislative Assembly, it is expected that the representatives discuss this transcendental topic in an open and interested way.
Ibarra, which takes part of the National Commission for the Information Society, added that the country should already have this law approved."
